Here is an interesting article on the upcoming Chrysler Durango Hybrid. 5.7 liter hemi V-8 with a 2-mode hybrid.
Who do they think is going to buy this? What segment of buyers for the Durango or Aspen want to pay the extra money for a hybrid version that barely improves mileage? The number of people who really believe a hybrid badge says something about them no matter what monster truck lies underneath was small to begin with and is getting smaller because (thankfully) people can see through the greenwash.
